About Us

MortalCity.com is a Web Design and Hosting business based in Harrisburg, serving the Central Pennsylvania area and beyond. We began on the idea that smaller groups and non-profits typically can not afford to have someone design an entire web site for them, and usually do not have the resources to do so themselves.

That's where we come in. For a smaller fee than most other companies charge, we can design a professional looking site, and even host it for you. Most smaller sites have a very low amount of traffic, so using a major hosting company is usually too expensive to justify the cost. That is why we will host the domain for free, until the site justifies the need for a national hosting company.

Currently running a single hosting server, there is little load on the system at all. We install the most current software on the system to keep it running at full potential. Below is a breakdown of the server, both hardware and software. All of the software we run is Open Source/Freeware. I would recommend any piece of software we use.
